• Assist developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
