Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the plan of care with physician supervision.
• Provide evidence-based interventions: therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual techniques.
• Assess patient progress, document outcomes and communicate with the PT and team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
