Qualifications

• Must hold an accredited PT degree and state license.
• Excellent communication with patients and families is required.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans and goals.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes comprehensive evaluations using standard tools.
• Reviews records and develops measurable goals and treatment plans.
• Supervises PT assistants and rehab techs in patient care as appropriate.
• Communicates findings to patients and the care team.
