Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
• Current licensure as a PT in the practicing state
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with patients and families

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive evaluation using standard tools and procedures
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to maximize independence
• Supervises PT assistants and rehab techs in patient care
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment plan to patients and team
