Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Oregon or Washington Physical Therapist license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
