Job summary

Providence Newberg Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health for a full-time day shift. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and delivering targeted treatments, and collaborating with care teams to improve patient independence.

Qualified candidates hold at least a D.P.T. or equivalent, Oregon PT licensure, and BLS certification. The position emphasizes patient-centered care within Providence's mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Coursework or specialized training may be required depending on department.
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Physical Therapist License in state of hire and wherever care is delivered.
  • Occasionally specialized physical therapy experience may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.
  • Perform patient/client evaluation and develop treatment plans.
  • Offer professional consultations to help patients achieve maximum independence.

Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health at Providence Newberg Medical Center - Full-Time, Day Schedule

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:
