Job summary

OU Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma City to evaluate patients, plan and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress. The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, patient education, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will hold a DPT or equivalent, have at least 1 year of experience, and hold an Oklahoma PT license or PT Compact Privilege. BLS is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent (pre-2020 grads may have Bachelors/Masters).
• Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Oklahoma or PT Compact Privilege.
• Current Basic Life Support (AHA) on hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (local, state, federal).
• Educate patients and families about conditions and home management.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Attend departmental meetings.
