Job summary

Pride-Health in Meridian, MS is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

You will screen, treat, document, and discharge plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families. Active MS PT license (or ability to obtain) and flexibility to work in varied facilities are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
