Job summary

• Administers modalities and exercise programs.
• Demonstrates clinical reasoning through all phases of therapy.
• Reassesses signs and symptoms to adjust treatment and goals.
• Coordinates treatment plan and discharge planning with health care staff.
• Provides education to patients and families.
• Documents services accurately per state and federal requirements.
• Complies with Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures.
