Qualifications

• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical history, evaluate current physical ability, and develop rehabilitative treatment programs.
• Use therapeutic procedures to restore movement, strength, or flexibility.
• Re-evaluate patient status and modify care plan as required.
• Educate patients and families about expectations in recovery.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
