New Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Arizona. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus, excellent benefits, and a competitive compensation package, with opportunities to help patients improve mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, creating personalized plans, delivering direct care, teaching home exercises, documenting progress, and coordinating with rehab teams to support discharge planning.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona.
BLS certification required.
Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred.

Mansioni

Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to enhance movement, alleviate pain, and regain functional independence.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
Deliver direct patient care focused on restoring strength, mobility, and overall function.
Instruct patients and families on home exercise regimes to support rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.
Work collaboratively with rehabilitation teams and contribute to discharge planning.
