Trinity Health in Georgia Athens is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians, in accordance with the Georgia Practice Act, APTA guidelines, and hospital policies. The candidate must graduate from an APTA‑accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate) and have broad clinical internship experience.

• Evaluates and treats patients referred by licensed physicians.
• Supervises and coordinates care with LPTAs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Maintains documentation and billing in accordance with state and payer requirements.
• Participates in clinical quality measurement and performance improvement programs.
