Journey is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary Care Team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualificações

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Valid state PT license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
