Trinity Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients under physician referrals at St. Mary’s Health Care System in Georgia. The role requires collaboration with LPTAs, Athletic Trainers, and other therapists, while adhering to hospital policies and payer requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Georgia license and a degree from an APTA-accredited program, with broad clinical experience and strong documentation skills. Full-time, day shift available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an APTA or other accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Broad experience across multiple clinical settings via internships.
• Knowledge of evaluation, planning, modalities, therapeutic exercise and mobility treatments.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients referred by a licensed physician.
• Supervise and participate in care of patients treated by LPTAs and Athletic Trainers.
• Comply with hospital policies and support the mission of St. Mary’s Health Care System.
• Coordinate therapy treatments with other therapy providers and hospital staff.
