• Maintains an established inventory of supplies and ensures proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Communicates regularly with the patient care team, patient, family members and others involved in care.
• Identifies patient problems and plans, develops and implements measurable treatment goals.
• Follows sterile technique and infection-control protocols and documents daily charges for services.

Education

Graduation from a Physical Therapy school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
