Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited college with a Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Three or more years of PT experience; new grads welcome.
• EPIC EHR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and counsel patients in exercises.
• Identify patient needs and show empathy to individuals.
• Recommend options or modifications to treatments.
• Complete documentation to support PT services.
