Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Blountstown, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled in-office rehabilitation services. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, updating plans of care, documenting services, supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, and collaborating with care teams and families while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
