Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Licensed/registered in the applicable state with active status.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; maintain current CPR.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students.
• Chart appropriately and timely; document patient progress.
• Utilize therapy software accurately and effectively.
