Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct physical therapy services and programs.
• Assess patients and determine necessary therapy.
• Complete timely documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to integrate care.
• Instruct patients and families in home treatment and exercises.
• Supervise assistants and aides and orient new staff.
