Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to examine, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with functional limitations. The PT will consult with clinicians on continuum of care and interact with patients of all ages while upholding Corewell Health customer service standards.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, and collaborating with care teams to optimize outcomes in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Masters or Doctorate Degree is preferred.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients and develop a treatment plan.
• Provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding continuum of care.
• Interact with patients of all ages and cultures; adhere to customer service standards.
