Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate and develop a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
• Provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care.
• Interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and adhere to Corewell Health standards.
