Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate).
• Graduate of accredited PT program.
• Current licensure in MD/DC/VA as applicable.
• BLS CPR certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of history and assessments with results documentation.
• Explains findings and treatment plan to patient and family; involve them in goal setting.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation; consults with other professionals as needed.
• Performs discharge planning and follow-up care with timely documentation and coding.
• Manages schedule effectively and supports productive care delivery; demonstrates empathy in patient care.
• Serves as clinical instructor and mentors staff, students, and volunteers.
