• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation and patient presentation; consults with other professionals as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and documents patient care comprehensively across all stages.
• Manages schedule and maintains productivity while ensuring efficient patient access to care.
• Mentors staff and students, and supports orientation and ongoing professional development.
