Evolve Physical Therapy & Wellness LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in Stamford, CT. You will evaluate clients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.

You will conduct assessments, deliver hands-on therapy, guide therapeutic exercises, and educate clients on injury prevention and home care.

Formación

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy with ability to apply clinical knowledge to musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Experience in Rehabilitation, designing and progressing treatment programs for recovery and function.
• Commitment to high-quality Patient Care with excellent communication, empathy, and client education.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, wellness, and home care programs.
• Collaborate with wellness professionals, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and monitor progress to adjust plans.
