Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to reach goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Split duties between Home Health and SNF settings; weekend schedule is available.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate therapy to geriatric patients.
