Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a SNF and Home Health setting in New Jersey. The role can be full-time, part-time, or PRN and includes a weekend schedule to support families and childcare considerations.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Experience with geriatric populations and Medicare billing is preferred, with opportunities for mentorship and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Compliance with Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
