Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment. The position offers a pay rate of $50+ per hour, with responsibilities that include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and supervising PTAs across SNF and home health settings.

• Minimum requirements: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program and active PT licensure in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations and compliance expectations.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities as part of daily operations.
• Split responsibilities between Home Health and SNF settings, with a weekend schedule to support families and childcare needs.
