Job summary
Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in SNF and home health settings. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and supervise PTAs within facilities, contributing to meaningful patient outcomes while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility and teamwork.
- Exceptional communication skills for patient and colleague interactions.
- Experience with geriatric population is a plus.
- Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to reach goals.
- Supervise PTAs within facilities.
- Work between Home Health and SNF settings with a weekend schedule.
