Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across diverse care settings. You will screen, evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, maintaining professional conduct, and advancing a patient-centered therapy program in collaboration with facilities and clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments and case management.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain license and stay informed on regulations.
