Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Eugene, OR to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. You will deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training and pain management, while educating families on safe equipment use.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote progress and independence, and ensure timely documentation and billing. Flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules available; generous benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Oregon or actively pursuing licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.
• Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner.
