Job summary

UPMC in Wexford is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Pine Center satellite. You will perform initial assessments, create plans of care, and deliver physical therapy treatments to improve function and mobility.

The role involves monitoring progress, documenting treatments, and discharge planning, with collaboration across physicians and staff. Must hold an active PT license and CPR per AHA standards; Monday–Friday schedule at the Pine Center.

Qualifications

• Active license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification per AHA standards.
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Experience documenting patient progress and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Communicates patient status to physicians and health care team.
• May serve as clinical instructor for PT students and residents.
• Maintains licensure through continuing education and development.
• Performs PT assessment, reassessment and treatment; supervises PTAs.
• Develops plan of care with goals aligned to physician referral and injury/illness.
