• Educates patients and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates findings to determine PT diagnosis and outcomes.
• Performs examinations with reliable methods aligned to chief complaint.
• Documents per Clinical Process Policy in EMR.
• Screens patients to determine therapy needs and effectiveness.
• Oversees support staff with legal/ethical guidelines.
• Completes annual education for relevant programs when applicable.
• Evaluates impairments from orthopedic/neurologic conditions.
• Establishes care plan based on deficits and goals.
• Performs ROM, strength, and daily task testing.
• Documents and bills daily in therapy EMR.
• Applies tape for movement facilitation or stabilization.
• Delivers modalities like ultrasound, interferential, iontophoresis.
• Communicates with referring provider on progress
