Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist with IDFPR certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with assistance as needed.
• Designs a plan of care, adjusting based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Performs examinations and documents findings and outcomes in EMR.
• Communicates progress with referring providers and adjusts treatment as needed.
