Job summary

Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is hiring energetic Physical Therapists to join our staff therapy team in Washington, DC. You will administer therapies to restore function and relieve pain, while contributing to comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans.

As part of a large physician-owned orthopaedics network, CAO offers strong education support, webinars, MedBridge resources, and a generous continuing education budget to advance your clinical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Accredited Physical Therapy degree and state licensure required.
• CPR certification and EMR/computer proficiency needed.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document in medical records.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to plan and follow up treatments.
• Administer PT treatments to decrease pain and improve function.
• Supervise PT assistants and support staff per state regulations.
• Collaborate with other providers to support patient recovery and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and CAO policies.
• May work evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed.
