Avem Health Partners seeks a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to administer treatments and support patient mobility. You will implement assigned components of the care plan, document progress, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in an accredited therapy program.
• Oklahoma PTA license required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of patient care and procedures under supervision.
• Review and implement individualized plan of care with supervising therapist.
• Document patient responses, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.
• Demonstrate compassionate patient and family education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
