Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Prev. clinical experience preferred.
• Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Basic Life Support / CPR for healthcare providers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide core physical therapy services to patients with impairments or disabilities.
• Restore function, promote health, and educate patients on prevention.
• Document timely and accurate progress notes and treatment data.
• Collaborate with supervising PT/OT and other team members.
• Plan discharge and coordinate home exercise programs.
