Blue Star Investments, LLC d/b/a Anytime Fitness in Orlando, FL is hiring a Personal Trainer Sales Manager (full-time) to lead front-end training sales, deliver Fitness Consultations, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.

This role focuses on driving PT revenue, achieving targets, and building a thriving coaching business within the club, while limiting hands-on service to 10 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Certified trainer required or equivalent certification.
• 1+ year experience in fitness sales or high-performance PT environments preferred.
• Proven closing ability in sales.
• Strong communicator in 1-on-1 conversations.
• Natural leader with ownership mindset.
• Highly organized with lead scheduling and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end of the training business: Deliver high-volume Fitness Consultations using the Sales Process.
• Drive personal training sales: Hit and exceed monthly targets for training agreements and programs.
• Prospect relentlessly: Engage walk-ins, web leads, member referrals, and outbound contacts daily.
• Manage the member journey: Oversee onboarding touchpoints to place members in the right program.
• Track performance: Log KPIs daily and report results to the Club Manager.
• Build community trust: Represent the training department inside the club and online.
• Lead with energy: Set the tone for training culture and support the coaching team.
