Job summary

Blue Star Investments is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver engaging fitness sessions and support club sales at an Anytime Fitness location. You will conduct fitness consultations, lead workouts for individuals and small groups, and help maintain a welcoming, results-focused environment.

The role is full-time, hourly with commission; flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays; CPR/AED certification and training reimbursements are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health-related field preferred but not required
• Personal Training Certificate preferred but not required
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred but not required
• Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach
• Post on club social media to enhance engagement
• Focus on member experience with follow-up to members and prospects
• Conduct fitness consultations and set goals
• Administer body scan technology and interpret results
• Deliver workouts to groups of 1–15 members
• Maintain club and equipment
• Review club reports to improve strategies
• Provide accountability to help members reach goals
• Attend weekly/monthly trainings and meetings
• Stay current on certifications and trends in the industry
