Berman Law Group in Boca Raton, FL seeks an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal to own case management from intake to settlement. The role demands initiative, superior organization, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pre-litigation work, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Florida PI claims, including PIP, BI, and UM/UIM. On-site role supporting a dynamic legal team.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process, including medical treatment, demand preparation, insurance coverage, and settlement procedures.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize independently, anticipate attorney needs, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with legal case management software; Filevine experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Florida personal injury claims, including PIP, BI, and UM/UIM, strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with clear expectations for productivity and accountability.

Mansioni

• Independently manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement and disbursement.
• Conduct regular case audits to identify missing records, delays, and obstacles to settlement.
• Maintain accurate, organized case files in Filevine.
• Proactively manage deadlines, follow-ups, and case progression with minimal supervision.
• Identify liability, coverage, treatment gaps, and statute-of-limitations concerns.
• Monitor medical treatment, obtain and review records, bills, and recommendations.
• Ensure documentation is ready before cases are submitted for demand.
• Prepare thorough initial and supplemental demand packages.
• Track medical records and bills and follow up with providers.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters about claim status and settlements.
• Track demand submissions, deadlines, offers, and negotiations.
• Assist attorneys with insurance investigations, policy docs, and case evaluations.
• Coordinate lien verification and settlement documentation.
• Maintain proactive client communication and coordinate appointments.
