Isaacs & Isaacs is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our expanding practice in Illinois. You will manage a high-volume caseload from initial investigation through settlement or transfer to litigation, serving as a trusted advocate for clients and pursuing fair compensation with our legal team.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of plaintiff-side pre-litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage cases in

Qualifications

• Active Illinois law license in good standing.
• At least two years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume personal injury caseload.
• Strong understanding of personal injury claims, insurance practices, and applicable laws.
• Demonstrated settlement-negotiation and case-evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters through the pre-litigation process.
• Provide responsive, compassionate service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Investigate liability, insurance coverage, injuries, and damages.
• Gather and review medical records, bills, accident reports, wage-loss documentation, and other evidence.
• Guide clients through each stage of the claims process.
• Evaluate case value and develop effective settlement strategies.
• Prepare and submit persuasive settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense representatives.
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other outside professionals.
• Identify cases that require litigation and collaborate with the litigation team to ensure an effective transition.
• Participate in relevant training programs, seminars, and professional-development opportunities.
