Job summary

Dudley DeBosier Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking a pre-litigation Attorney to join our Louisiana team. You will provide representation in personal injury matters, perform client calls and case evaluations to shape strategy, and investigate claims using police reports, medical records, and witness statements.

You will manage file notes in our case management system, understand UM coverage, and maintain regular client communication for updates and guidance.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in Louisiana.
• Member of the state bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases.
• Conduct client calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy.
• Investigate claims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, and other evidence.
• File management in our case management software.
• Understand UM coverage.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance.
• Collaborate with your legal assistant to manage case workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies.
