The role requires a JD licensed in Louisiana with 2+ years of PI experience; you will help move cases efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree, Louisiana license and in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience, preferably pre-litigation.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• In-office work environment with professional conduct and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement with case staff.
• Conduct client consultations and evaluate liability, damages, and treatment to determine strategy.
• Review police, medical records, witness statements, and insurance coverage.
• Negotiate pre-litigation settlements and communicate offers to clients.
• Coordinate settlement finalization, lien resolution, and disbursement preparation.
