Bush & Bush Law Group in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in handling personal injury and employment matters.

You will manage case files, prepare documents, coordinate with clients, and assist with discovery, medical records, and trial preparation.

This role requires 5+ years of PI paralegal experience, a relevant degree, strong communication, and exceptional organizational skills. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certification a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury.
• Strong familiarity with medical records, insurance claims, discovery, and litigation procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization, with ability to manage multiple cases.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings and discovery.
• Maintain active personal injury case files with up-to-date records.
• Assist with discovery, gathering medical records, bills, and insurance information.
• Serve as liaison between clients and attorneys with professional communication.
• Manage medical records and billing documentation relevant to claims.
• Monitor case progress and move cases through litigation stages.
• Track deadlines and calendars for hearings, depositions, and meetings.
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness materials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and reports.
• Provide administrative and substantive support throughout case lifecycle.
