Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group in Texas is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys handling personal injury and employment matters. You will manage case files, draft documents, and facilitate client communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PI paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and case management software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings and discovery requests.
• Maintain active case files and ensure documentation is available for attorneys and clients.
• Assist with discovery, gather evidence, summarize documents.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Document Management: Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and client correspondence.
• Case File Organization: Maintain and manage active case files to ensure all necessary documentation is available for attorneys and clients.
• Discovery and Evidence: Assist attorneys in the discovery process, including gathering evidence, summarizing documents, and organizing case-related materials.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, providing case updates and answering client inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
