Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney licensed in NH and/or VT to join our team. You will manage PI cases from intake through trial, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with firm leadership to expand our presence in new markets.

Candidates should have Juris Doctor, active NH/VT licenses, and a minimum of 2 years PI litigation experience, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice in NH and/or VT.
• Active NH and/or VT license in good standing.
• PI litigation experience of 2+ years preferred.
• Strong advocacy, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of pre-litigation and litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Work within established litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
