The ideal candidate will manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution and must possess strong advocacy, writing, and analytic skills.

Qualifications

Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney licensed in New Hampshire and/or Vermont to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to expand our established priority to help our clients obtain the justice and compensation they deserve while helping establish and grow our presence in these new markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the litigation of Personal Injury Law.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.
• Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active New Hampshire and/or Vermont license and in good standing
• At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytic skills
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases
