Job summary

The Nagler Group seeks a paralegal with litigation experience to support a busy personal injury practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. This full-time, onsite role offers a clear caseload and direct attorney collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling case files, drafting documents, managing discovery, and coordinating with clients and courts. Candidates should have 2+ years of paralegal experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Personal Injury experience preferred; other litigation experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with State and Federal Court rules, filings, and procedures.
• Experience drafting and preparing legal documents, discovery, and case correspondence.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage a heavy caseload and competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients, attorneys, insurance professionals, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Strong proofreading and document review skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and standard office technology.
• Experience with legal case management software such as Filevine is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain personal injury case files from intake through resolution
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including complaints, interrogatories, settlement demands, subpoenas, correspondence, motions, and objections
• Assist with discovery, document management, and preparation of case materials
• Request, review, organize, and maintain medical records and other case-related documentation
• Prepare evidence, exhibits, and case files for hearings, depositions, and trials
• Prepare and serve legal documents and assist with electronic filings in State and Federal Courts
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, court staff, and other legal professionals
• Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of filings, discovery, and other case-related tasks
