Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of legal experience in personal injury or litigation.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
• Familiarity with discovery, medical records, and litigation procedures.
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules and filing systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with personal injury matters from case development through resolution.
• Draft and prepare correspondence, motions, complaints, discovery requests, settlement demands, and subpoenas.
• Coordinate discovery and maintain organized case files and supporting documentation.
• Request, review, and organize medical records and other case-related evidence.
• Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist with preparing cases for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Track deadlines, manage competing priorities, and help keep cases moving efficiently.
