Based in Manchester, NH, this full-time, direct-hire position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience.
• Personal injury experience required.
• Knowledge of State and Federal Court procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, subpoenas, interrogatories, and settlement demands
• Assist with discovery, document management, and trial preparation
• Request, review, and organize medical records and evidence
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• File documents electronically in State and Federal Courts
