Job summary

The Nagler Group is assisting an established Eastern New Hampshire law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its litigation team. You will own active case files, prepare pleadings, manage discovery, and support trial attorneys through all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities include handling personal injury files, organizing medical records, coordinating witnesses, and ensuring deadlines are met. Strong organization, communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Filevine are

Qualifications

• 4+ years of law firm experience, ideally in personal injury or workers’ compensation.
• Experience managing personal injury files and communicating with claims adjusters.
• Knowledge of medical records, discovery, and litigation deadlines.
• Familiarity with state and federal court filing procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe; Filevine experience is a plus.
